THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How do we register to be part of the online shop?
    Registration form can be found under 'Be a Supplier' on our menu. Here is the link to the registration page: https://cwkbn.com/applytosupply Each applicant will be reviewed to ensure that the products made by vendors are original and truly hand-made. Applicants may be contacted by us for further interview once the application is reviewed. We will update vendors via e-mail / WA / Telegram once they are confirmed or not.
  • Do I have to contact each buyer who uses this website?
    No, as Craftwork's Kitani takes care of all the logistics involved! We will contact each buyer, keep track of your orders and prepare them for drop-off clearly identified. You may contact the buyer if you need some information about their orders.
  • When will I get paid for my sales?
    Vendor payout will be processed in the last week of the month. We will be in contact with you regarding on the vendor payout.
  • What can I do to generate more sales during the market?
    Share, share, share! Make sure to post on all your social medias, share with your friends and family. Post photos of your products for sale, entice buyers to come visit the webstore. We also provide segments where we highlight crafters and artisans, about their brand and products to create more awareness.
  • Do you accept applications from International crafters?
    Yes, we do. Currently we only have stock of Bruneian items, as the logistics are easier to handle. However, we are actively reaching out to artisans regionally as suppliers for our gift box. If you are an artisan from South East Asia and would like to have your products in our shop, shoot us a message and we can start the conversation, see if we are a good fit
  • Do you accept all crafters / artisans?
    Yes, our online shop is inclusive and supportive of all types of crafters or artisans. For our gift boxes, we curate our suppliers to ensure we are a good fit, and that our supplier is reliable.
  • Once I am accepted, how do I get my products on to the shop?
    At the moment, we are unable to offer vendors their own account to upload their products. For now, once a vendor has been confirmed, an agreement will be drafted where vendors must give the details of all their products (Name, dimensions, price etc) and Craftworks Kitani will accept a number of products from the vendor on consignment and for display at the showroom in Kilanas. We will be in charge of getting the product on the site as well as taking photography if need be.
  • What is Craftworks Kitani?
    Craftworks Kitani is an e-commerce platform for crafters and artisans. We ensure that all the items on our website are hand-made and original. You can learn more about us here, https://www.cwkbn.com/our-story
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    At the moment we are accepting PayPal / Cash on pick up / BIBD QuickPay / BIBD Transfer. Our BIBD account number is : 00-008-01-0043789 You can also use our quick pay here
  • How do I place an order?
    You can order directly through the website. Send us a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Can I track my order?
    You will receive an e-mail once your order has been confirmed. You can only check the status of your order if you have made an account with us. If you have an account, sign in and you will be able to track your order via your dashboard. If you are an International customer and have requested tracking shipment, then you should receive a tracking code in your confirmation e-mail.
  • When will I receive my order?
    We set Friday's for pick up and delivery, as we may have to coordinate between various vendors. However, we will contact you via WA for confirmation. If you need the item more urgently, then please add a note to your order and request an expressed service.
  • Where is the pick up location?
    Our pick up location is at the Kaleidoscope Studio Office in Kilanas : House no. 12 Spg 1092 Kg Kilanas BF2520 Contact us for a location pin via WA! Once your order is ready, we will send you an e-mail notification and the collection code via WA. Just provide your code once you reach us.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    You have 24 hours to change or cancel your order. Just contact us, and we will see how we can help you.
  • Can I return or exchange items?
    If there is something you are not satisfied with, you may request for a return for undamaged and unused items only within 7 days of receiving your package. Please fill in the form to request a return, our team will assess and be in touch with you.   • What if I want to buy a large amount of gift boxes?
    We are a small organisation and have some limitations with the quantities and lead times of our products. We recommend that you get in touch with us well in advance of your deadlines to discuss production times and more!
